How do I become a customer?
On our website you select what size you need, what day you want to move in and what insurance you need. After completing the sign-up, you will get a link to our app that you use to get access to your room or box. When booking a room, you will get instant access to it by using our app.
You can contact us every day from 5 a.m. to 12 p.m. at phone 70 55 55 88.
Terms & Conditions
You can move out at the end of each month. Lets say that you want to move out on October 10th. Then your rental will continue until October 31st.
After you log-in to the customer dashboard you can schedule a move-out.
You can store most items in our rooms, but you’re not allowed to store the following:
- Smykker, sølv/guld-genstande, pelse, kunstartikler eller andre genstande af høj værdi,
- Kontanter,
- Våben, ammunition, fyrværkeri eller sprængstoffer,
- Trykflasker, akkumulatorer, batterier, brændstof, brandfarlige eller eksplosive materialer,
- Maskiner som ikke er fuldstændig tømt for olie, benzin og lignende væsker før oplagringen eller elektriske apparater, hvor batterier ikke er afmonteret; det er dog tilladt at opbevare (veteran)biler og/eller motorcykler som ikke er vrag, i rum i stueetagen med direkte adgang udefra, hvis der under bilen og/eller motorcyklen anbringes en dertil egnet beskyttelsesbakke eller måtte, for at forhindre eventuelle olielækager i at påvirke omgivelserne, og at mængden af brændstof i eventuelle brændstoftanke holdes på et minimum,
- Let fordærvelige fødevarer, planter og andre let fordærvelige effekter, eller kraftigt/ ildelugtende genstande,
- Dyr eller andre levende væsner under nogen form,
- Andet gods, der på anden vis kan være skadeligt eller miljøfarligt, eller som udleder røg, dampe, støv eller lugt,
- Ulovlige genstande, herunder hælervarer, eller gods der på anden måde stammer fra strafbare forhold eller krænker tredjeparts immaterialretligheder,
- Sådanne andre genstande som efter DSV’s rimelige vurdering ikke er hensigtsmæssig eller forenelig med DSV’s eller andre brugeres anvendelse af Lageret.

Rent & payment
Most customers won’t experience any additional fees. But we have fees for a few situations:
Reminder fee: 100,00 kr. for each reminder
Illegitimate use of the moving carts: 350,00 kr. per 24 hours
Triggering alarm: 500,00 kr. each time
Cleaning: 400,00 kr. each time
Emptying your storage room: 1.000,00 kr. each time
Insurance
Your items will only be covered by insurance if you add an insurance when renting a storage room. Please notice that we offer different insurance plans with different coverage. So please be sure to select an insurance plan that covers all the items in your storage room.
Yes you’re items in storage must be covered by an insurance. But you don’t have to buy our insurance if your have your own insurance.
If the value of the items, you have in your room changes you have to change your insurance.
If you want to cancel your insurance you can always do so by contacting us.
If an accident, theft or anything else happens to you please report it to us immediately by calling 70555588. After that you will have to log in on our website and go to the claims form.
Business customer
According to regulations the rent of storage rooms for private customers is excluded from VAT, but business users needs to pay VAT. The prices displayed on our website doesn’t include VAT – if you’re a business customer VAT will be added.
No customers have to pay VAT on the insurance.
APP
- Is Bluetooth activated?
- Are location services activated?
- Close the app and open it again
- Check for updates in the App store (iPhones) or Google Play (Android)
- The Bluetooth function in your car may affect the app. If you’re talking in your phone using Bluetooth, you can try to end the call
Our storage sites
Our facilities are open every day of the year from 5 a.m. to 12 a.m. We are only closed during the night.
The storage rooms
In rooms with a roll-up door you just close the door. In rooms with a traditional door you have to close the lock.
You select what size (m2) you need. All rooms have a height of 2,55 m.
